A slight variation from our last recipe - times are a changin'. Our new recipe is a make-anywhere pesto with no parmesan so it's dairy-free. Now this truly can be dry stored or frozen. Ratio is 1 T pesto to 2.5 T olive oil. Can also be used dry and mixed into sauces or dips. Add to taste: toasted pine nuts or other nuts and add fresh parm to taste if dairy is in your diet!
